Common faults of electric motorcycle and their solutions (1)
During the use of electric motorcycle, the electrical system will more or less cause some malfunctions, which is very annoying. The following introduces some common faults and their solutions.
Fault phenomenon: Motor does not rotate
Solution:
·Check whether the battery power is sufficient, if not, recharge the battery;
·Check whether the speed control handle is damaged. If it is damaged, replace the speed control handle;
·Check whether the brake lever potential is normal and whether the brake return position is good. If it is broken, replace the brake power-off switch;
·Check whether the motor Hall is damaged. If it is damaged, replace the motor Hall;
·Check whether the motor phase wires are short-circuited. If there is a short circuit, separate the phase wires;
·Check whether the MOS tube of the controller has broken down. If it breaks down, replace the controller;
Fault phenomenon: The motor rotates abnormally
Solution:
After turning the handle, the motor stops and the battery floats, resulting in insufficient power. Recharge the battery;
When the no-load motor rotates, the current and noise are large, and the phase sequence or phase angle does not match. Replace the phase sequence of the controller;
If the load is too large or it moves forward when climbing but then stops after a few seconds, this is normal stall protection. Remove the load or stop climbing;
The riding current is high, the noise is high, the controller (MOS drive is damaged) or the motor is damaged (turn-to-turn short circuit), in this case the motor or controller needs to be replaced;
Fault phenomenon: Normal cart has resistance
Solution:
·The MOS tube is damaged, replace the controller or MOS tube;
If the controller or motor phase wire is short-circuited, peel off the short-circuited phase wire part and insulate it;
·Motor turns short circuit, replace the motor
Fault phenomenon: The motor does not rotate when starting from zero, but it can rotate again after pushing it.
Solution:
If a certain phase in the MOS drive is missing, the controller needs to be replaced or the MOS drive circuit must be repaired;
The phase line contact is poor, check the wiring of the motor and controller to make sure they are in good contact;
Fault phenomenon: Weak start
Solution:
·The battery is low, please recharge the battery;
·The rotor is faulty, causing the output voltage to be low. Replace the rotor with a new one;
